4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. VoyageVertex offers travel insurance options but is not liable for losses not covered by insurance.

5. Limitation of Liability

VoyageVertex acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided and does not extend to supplier failures or force majeure events.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with all applicable data protection regulations including GDPR.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in New York State under New York law.
